A tireless employee and a pillar of his group, Derez De’Shon is the perfect consultant for “Dream Big.” For years, Derez pursued his hip-hop aspirations whereas elevating his household, working odd jobs and counting on buddies to make ends meet. Faced with the selection of chasing his goals or succumbing to the streets, Derez doubled down, throwing himself into his music and channeling his wrestle into his artwork.
