Carly Rae Jepsen was in a celebratory mood on Thursday night (May 16) when she visited The Late Late Show to perform the chilled-out pop snack "Too Much."
Taking a dimly lit stage emblazoned by a neon sign with the title of her just-released fourth album, Dedicated, Jepsen swayed in place to the song's spare island groove. Wearing a silvery mini-dress that echoed the glint of the giant disco ball spinning slowly above her head, Jepsen sang, "Is this too, is this too/ Is this too much?" as her vocals were doubled by two female back-up singers in all-white suits that made them look like extras from The Leftovers.
After a year of teasing, JepHeads finally got the full taste of Dedicated on Friday morning (May 17), when the 15-track album was released following a series of preview tracks including "Party For One," "Now That I Found You," No Drug Like Me" and "Julien."
