Boygenius Unplugs For Mellow NPR Tiny Desk Concert: Watch

Supergroup Boygenius forged their spell on the NPR workplace with their Tiny Desk Concert, uploaded on Friday (Nov. 16).

Stripping again songs from their debut self-titled album, Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus and Phoebe Bridgers introduced their blissed-out sound to the Washington, D.C. workplace.

Wearing matching black, patched-up jackets, the trio kicked off with "Souvenir" as Baker's silky voice emphasised Bridgers' smooth acoustic guitar.

Pausing for some fast jokes as Bridgers' tuned her guitar, the group confirmed off their charisma and chemistry earlier than enjoying "Me & My Dog." Baker performed piano as Bridgers' took her time with the shifting lyrics, "We had an incredible day/ Even although we forgot to eat/ And you had a foul dream/ Then we received no sleep/ 'Cause we have been kissing."

Closing out with "Ketchum, ID," Daucus gave everybody a style of her personal elegant vocal supply.
