Los Angeles, CA – Blueface has been handed a lawsuit stemming from a 2019 brawl at a Los Angeles hookah bar.

According to documents viewed by Radar Online, Blueface (real name Johnathan Porter) is being sued by Ray Anthony Gonzalez for assault, battery, gender violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The alleged altercation took place at the Blue Moon Hookah Lounge in Downtown L.A. after Gonzalez approached Blueface in the bathroom. Gonzalez claims the rapper then called him a “faggot” and told him to “get away from me.”

From there, Gonzalez claims the “Thotiana” rapper swung on him with a closed fist, so he punched back and then a brawl ensued with members of Blueface’s team kicking and punching him while he was on the bottom of a pile in the middle of the lounge.

He also claims that he was hit in the head with a bottle by one of Blueface’s security team members. TMZ originally reported that the fight broke out after Gonzalez touched the West Coast rapper’s chain.

“While being kicked and stomped on the floor, [Gonzalez] was again hit on the head several times with a large bottle, causing major bleeding and a large laceration to the head, among other serious injuries. [Gonzalez] again lost consciousness for several minutes,” the lawsuit claims.

Gonzalez and his cousin, Asia, were both transported to Centinela Hospital Medical Center and treated for their injuries. He says he received stitches and multiple scans and x-rays on his injured, wrist, ribs and head.

Gonzalez is seeking unspecified damages, claiming that he still suffers from “severe headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, photophobia, tinnitus, phonophobia, short-term memory and concentration.”

In other Blueface news, the “Bleed It” rhymer and his girlfriend Chrisean Rock were involved in a physical altercation in Hollywood on Monday night (August 1) — and it was all captured on video.

According to TMZa criminal report was filed on Tuesday (August 2) just hours after the scuffle went down. Police will interview both parties to determine if prosecutors will file charges.
