Black History Inspirations: Juicy J Shares a Playlist of the Artists & Songs That Celebrate Defining Legacy

104

As a part of Billboard's Black History Month celebration, we've requested Black artists spanning all genres to compile their very own distinctive playlist unique to Billboard's Spotify account. Each tune they've chosen represents their love for the tradition throughout the diaspora -- from childhood favorites to songs that make them be happy. Today, Juicy J shares his soundtrack.

"My Black History playlist has artists which are legends, man," Juicy J says. "Their music continues to be round at the moment and I'm following within the footsteps of all these nice musicians, writers and producers. This is the type of music that I've listened to my entire life and has influenced my music. What's nice about Black History Month at the moment is that it reminds us how far we've come. Today, I'm noticing black tradition is flourishing. We see much more black entrepreneurs, music executives, politicians and all that -- which is nice."

Juicy J lately launched the cinematic video for his new single "Let Me See," which options Kevin Gates and Lil Skies. Listen to his playlist and take a look at the brand new video under.
