Ben Platt to Headline 2019 US Open Opening Night Ceremony: Exclusive

The US Tennis Association has an extensive lineup of musical guests scheduled over the course of the three-week 2019 US Open, Billboard can exclusively announce today (Aug. 8).

The lineup includes Ben Platt (who will be headlining the opening night), Ali Stroker, Leon Bridges, LANY, Brett Eldredge, and Adrienne Warner.

DJs Nikki Kynard, Coco and Breezy, and MAAD will be entertaining at the Heineken Happy Hour, which will take place every evening 6-8 p.m. from Tuesday through Friday from the Fan Week Center Stage.

Wednesday, Aug. 20, 8 p.m.: LANY, Fan Week Center Stage. The first of three free concerts during US Open Fan Week. 

Thursday, Aug. 21, 8 p.m.: Brett Eldredge, Fan Week Center Stage.

Friday, Aug. 22 8 p.m.: Leon Bridges.

Heineken Happy Hour, 6-8 p.m.: Nikki Kynard, Coco and Breezy, and MAAD, Tuesday through Friday.

Monday, Aug. 26, Opening Night: Ben Platt headlines the Opening Night Ceremony in Arthur Ashe Stadium, joined by Ali Stroker.

Finals Weekend: Adrienne Warren will take the court prior to the Women’s Singles Final. She will perform "America the Beautiful."
