BBXO walks gallantly through the "Firestorm"

BBXO is the moniker innovative, genre-fusing duo made up producer Krisz Kreuzer &  spoken word poet Musa Okwonga. The duo met in Berlin and after working on several projects decided to form BBXO with the aim creating songs that explored urban socio-political issues struggle, love, and friendship in a powerful and distinctive way. Their latest record titled “Firestorm” is raging and also a poignant piece about racial insensitivity. Musa further explains the inspiration “…reminded me the burning torches carried by the white supremacists at Charlottesville, and the burning crosses the Ku Klux Klan. So – you can really see how I joined the dots here,…”The result is a rousing song about going against the far-right
