A$AP Rocky, Bebe Rexha & More Set For Cyndi Lauper's Holiday Benefit Concert Supporting LGBTQ Youth

Cyndi Lauper introduced the lineup for her eighth annual Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays profit live performance Tuesday (Oct. 16). The live performance, which celebrates the 10th anniversary of Lauper’s co-founded True Colors Fund, will happen at New York City’s Beacon Theatre on Dec. eight.

The Grammy-winning “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” legend will likely be joined by visitors together with Amanda Palmer, Angie Stone, A$AP Rocky, Bebe Rexha, Bishop Briggs, Charlie Musselwhite, Dr. Elmo, Gina Yashere, Natalie Merchant, Regina Spektor, Robert Glasper, Sara Ramírez, Shea Diamond and The Knocks. The live performance will likely be hosted by the unique Queer Eye's "Fashion Savant" Carson Kressley.

“LGBTQ youth are robust, courageous, and resilient,” Lauper mentioned in a launch. “At ‘Home for the Holidays,’ we’ll increase our voices in solidarity with LGBTQ younger individuals -- and lift cash to help the True Colors Fund’s work to finish homelessness amongst LGBTQ youth. I’m so grateful to the artists for donating their time and expertise to carry consideration to this essential trigger.”

Home for the Holidays has offered out in previous years, shortly turning into a vacation custom for many who need to help an essential trigger. One hundred p.c of the web proceeds from the upcoming present will go towards True Colors Fund packages that work to finish and stop homelessness amongst LGBTQ youth.

Tickets for most of the people go on sale at Ticketmaster.com beginning Friday (Oct. 19) at 12:00 p.m. EST.
