A Guide to NYCWFF, New York’s Biggest Charity Food Event: Can’t-Miss Events With Alessia Cara & More

94

The 2019 Food Network & Cooking Channel New York City Wine & Food Festival kicks off this Thursday (Oct. 10).

While the fest is mainly wine and food-focused, there are a few key entertainment-adjacent events that you won’t want to miss. Attendees can look out for appearances from Alessia Cara, Action Bronson, Randy Rainbow, and even live Broadway cast performances. "Food and music are things that bring people together," festival founder and director Lee Schrager tells Billboard by email. "It’s about creating a highly-curated 360-experience for our fans that engages all of their senses."

And as always, it’s for a good cause — all of the net proceeds go to the Food Bank For New York City and the No Kid Hungry® campaign.
