6ix9ine Accuses Cardi B Fans of Trying to Sabotage ‘Trollz’

6ix9ine won’t be sabotaged.

The rapper earned his first No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Trollz,” his collaboration with Nicki Minaj. But he claims that the powers that be were all working against him. Taking to Instagram on Monday, he called out streaming services including Apple Music and Spotify for “blackballing” “Trollz” by excluding it from playlists.

“@applemusic @spotify @thelarryjackson @carlchery DIDNT GIVE US ANY MAJOR PLAYLISTING on Spotify and Apple,” he wrote. “THEY TIRED SO HARD PUSHING SOMEONE ELSES SONG LET THE WORLD KNOW WHAT YA DID !!!! YOU CANT BLACKBALL MEEEEEE IM TO BIG OF A STARRRRRRRRRRRR.”

6ix9ine accused eight different fan bases of teaming up in an attempt to block “Trollz” from reaching the top of the charts. “OH ANNDDDDDDD ALL THE FANBASES THAT TEAMED UP TO PREVENT THIS NUMBER ONE I SAW THAT TOOOOO DEBUT NUMBER 1 WITH NONE OF YOU!” he added.

He posted a message from a Cardi B fan account that reportedly tried to get fans to buy DaBaby’s “Rockstar” in order to sabotage “Trollz.” The fan page also called on Bardi Gang, as well as other fan bases including Ariana Grande’s Arianators, Lady Gaga’s Monsters, and Rihanna’s Navy for help, and claims to have paid $100 to chart prediction social accounts to post false projections. They even reached out to Cardi B’s label Atlantic for help.

“Again we are trying to get in contact with Atlantic to see if they can do anything for ‘Rockstar’ like they did for [‘Bodak Yellow’],” read the message.

Whether his claims are valid or not, it didn’t stop “Trollz” from debuting in the top position, and 6ix9ine was happy to rub it in the faces of his detractors. “I can’t be stopped, ni**a. Didn’t I tell you?” he said while spraying champagne. “You can’t blackball me.”

Nicki thanked her fans for all their support. “Congratulations, Barbz. Y’all did this with no playlisting and no radio and it’s just not happening in 2020,” she said in her video. “All the records on the top of the chart right now are doing that with heavy playlisting and heavy radio. So for us to do that debuting, that’s insane. I love you guys so much. We just did the highest pure sales of the year of every song released and you can’t buy that. That’s fan love.”
