2. fromis9 danced to classic K-pop girl group songs

The newest girl group in attendance at this year’s KCON NY, the eight fromis9 (also stylized fromis_9) members in attendance -- Jang Gyuri is currently competing on Produce 48 so wasn’t able to come stateside -- showed the concert audience some short dance covers some K-pop’s biggest hits, including Wonder Girls’ “Tell Me,” “Red Flavor” by Red Velvet,” TWICE’s “Cheer Up,” and Girls’ Generation’s “Gee.”

5. Wanna One’s units went all out

For their last album, the group broke up into two and three-member teams for four songs produced by prominent Korean artists Nell, Dynamic Duo, Heize, and Zico. The quartet units introduced Wanna One’s set by showcasing a short sample each song, which gave each the 11-members a chance to shine brightly in the spotlight before joining together to perform several singles.

Wanna One closed out KCON 2018 NY with their first single "Energetic."
