Seven artists have double nominations in one or more categories at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards. Take a look.
Cardi B: The hip-hop star is competing against herself in three categories, more than anyone else this year—top hot 100 song, top selling song and top collaboration. In all three cases, "I Like It," her collabo with Bad Bunny and J Balvin, is competing against Maroon 5's "Girls Like You," on which she was featured.
Ella Mai: The English singer's first two crossover hits, "Boo'd Up" and "Trip," are both nominated for top R&B song. Both songs appear on her eponymous full-length debut.
Dan + Shay: The duo's hits, "Tequila" and "Speechless," are both nominated for top country song. Both songs appear on their eponymous third album.
Imagine Dragons: The band's hits "Whatever It Takes" and "Natural" are both nominated for top rock song. The songs appear on different albums, Evolve and Origins, respectively.
Bad Bunny: The Puerto Rican star is nominated for top Latin song for "MIA," featuring Drake, and for "Te Bote," a collabo on which he partners with Casper Magico, Nio Garcia, Darell, Nicky Jam and Ozuna.
Ozuna: The Puerto Rican singer is nominated for top Latin song for DJ Snake's "Taki Taki," on which he is featured alongside Selena Gomez and Cardi B, and for the aforementioned "Te Bote."
Nicky Jam: The reggaeton star is nominated for top Latin song for "X," a collabo with J Balvin, and for the aforementioned "Te Bote."
