Camila Cabello Celebrates One Year of Performing 'Havana' & Other Tracks From Her Debut Solo Album

Camila Cabello's fans have joined her on an emotional journey throughout her first year as a solo artist.

The "Sangria Wine" singer was reminded on Twitter Sunday (June 24) that it's been one year since her debut solo performance "Havana" and "Never Be the Same," at the B96 Summer Bash in Chicago -- which brought on all the feels. "wowowowowowowow ! i can’t believe my first performance as a solo artist was a year ago, we’ve had so many memories since then.... what a journey it’s been already, i love you guys," she wrote.

"a year ago today i was backstage shaking, about to sing Havana and never be the same (which were still months from being released) for the first time," she added in another tweet. "in a year, you’ve made my wildest dreams come true. I love you so much, thank you."

Prior to that June 24 concert last year, Cabello did actually perform solo at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2017. But at the BBMAs, she sang "I Have Questions" and "Crying in the Club" -- neither which made the final cut for her debut album. Summer Bash, it seems, was a new beginning for Cabello as a solo artist: It was there that she premiered songs that would find a home on Camila.
